Data is at the heart of Space Intelligence. We process large volumes of satellite data and analyse it within a machine learning framework to produce valuable nature mapping products for our clients.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager with a strong background in building and launching campaigns and programs for B2B data or technology businesses.
With at least five years’ of practical demand generation experience, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and make an impact on our audience engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals.
This role reports to our Head of Marketing (interim Head of Revenue).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns to support our audience development, lead generation, and revenue goals.
- Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
- Own the planning and delivery of our hosted and sponsored events strategy.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to execute account-based prospecting.
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process.

Profile/Experience
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Expertise in B2B SaaS scale-up environments with sales-led or hybrid go-to-market motions and longer-term sales cycles
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
Desirable
- Understanding of nature-based solutions
- Experience in nature/climate tech
- Experience or understanding of financial markets
- Basic grasp of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Salary
£45,000 – £55,000 per annum. Placing depends on experience/qualifications. Pro rata, if part time.

Where will I work?
We are looking for a candidate who will be based in our office on George Street, Edinburgh. Most of our team are in the office most days, and we feel you will learn fastest if you are in the office most days too. However, we support hybrid working and would be happy for you to work 1-2 days a week from home.
