Covid-19 update

Almost regardless of where you are in the world, these have been era-defining weeks as we experience the spread of the pandemic. Here in Edinburgh we’re now officially in something close to lockdown, along with, according to the news today, nearly half of the population of the world. As with so many, we express our thanks to all the key workers who are saving lives on the front line; but also those key workers who are ensuring that as far as possible, we are able to live normally with food supplies and functioning infrastructure.

From our company’s perspective, the good news is that the Space Intelligence team is  well equipped to work from our respective homes. Sensing what was to come, we decided to remove our kit from the office in advance of the shut down to set up effective home workstations. As a team, along with lots of the rest of the world, we’re making sure we keep up regular communication via lots of video chatting, and are using the latest technology platforms to work collaboratively.

This means that we are very fortunate indeed to be able to remain entirely open for business, wherever you are in the world. Nevertheless, our thoughts are with all the individuals experiencing very difficult personal circumstances, and those businesses who aren’t so lucky and have been forced to close.

Best of wishes to everyone

The Space Intelligence Team
