Watch now – a live link up for schoolkids with the ISS
Last week, we were very proud to sponsor an amazing link up for schoolchildren in Scotland, Houston & Ecuador, who got the opportunity to put questions to astronauts on the ISS, live! We were joined by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, Mayor of Houston Sylvester Turner, former President of Ecuador Rosalía Arteaga, former Minister of State for Universities and Science Lord David Willetts, and previous astronauts Bonnie Dunbar and Serena Auňón-Chancellor. It was presented by our own CEO Murray Collins, and broadcaster Kim McAllister, and was a joint venture between the Rice Space Institute, Connect Communications, Scottish Enterprise, The University of Edinburgh and the Guayaquil Space Society in Ecuador.
